Refund Policy

💚 We want you to be completely happy with Eleven Plus Ready. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Free Trial

All new Eleven Plus Ready accounts include a 14-day free trial with full Premium access. No payment is required during the trial period. If you decide Eleven Plus Ready is not right for you, simply do nothing — your account will automatically revert to the free Basic plan at the end of the trial.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time by contacting us at support@elevenplusready.uk. Upon cancellation:

You will retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period
No further charges will be made
Your account will revert to the free Basic plan
Your child's progress data will be retained
