1. About Eleven Plus Ready

11+ Practice Makes Perfect (Android package and iOS bundle identifier com.learnlogic.elevenplusPractice; companion website Eleven Plus Ready) is an educational application published under the developer name LearnLogic, a trading name of Star Analytical Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11699028), with its registered office at 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG. The app provides 11+ exam preparation resources including practice questions, analytics, mental maths, vocabulary building and puzzle games.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Eleven Plus Ready accounts must be registered by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. The app is intended for use by children preparing for the 11+ exam, under parental supervision.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Maintaining the security of your password and PIN
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your child uses the app appropriately

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full Premium access. No payment details are required to start a trial. After the trial period, the account automatically reverts to the free Basic plan unless a Premium subscription is purchased.

3.2 Basic Plan

The Basic plan is free and provides limited access to Eleven Plus Ready features including 40 practice questions per subject per week, 1 Word of the Day, 50 Mental Maths questions per day and progressively challenging Sudoku puzzles.

3.3 Premium Plan

The Premium plan costs £3.99 per month and provides unlimited access to all Eleven Plus Ready features. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Basic plan. Please see our Refund Policy for information about refunds.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others outside your family
• Attempt to access, modify or interfere with our systems or data
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or replicate any part of the app
• Use automated tools to access or scrape content from the app

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Eleven Plus Ready, including questions, explanations, graphics, software and branding, is owned by or licensed to Star Analytical Services Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Eleven Plus Ready is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to maintain accurate, high-quality content, we do not guarantee that:

• The app will be available at all times or free from errors
• The content will guarantee success in any particular exam
• The app will meet your specific requirements

No guarantee of exam results. 11+ Practice Makes Perfect is a practice and revision aid only. We do not guarantee, promise or imply that your child will pass the 11+ exam, achieve any particular score, or gain a place at any school. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your child's individual ability, preparation and wellbeing on the day, the exam board and format, the number of applicants, and each school's admissions criteria.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star Analytical Services Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Eleven Plus Ready. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Eleven Plus Ready service at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
