Delete your account

Eleven Plus Ready (the "11+ Practice Makes Perfect" app) — operated by Star Analytical Services Ltd

You can permanently delete your Eleven Plus Ready account and all of your data at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete in the app (instant)

Open the app and sign in.
Go to the Parent Dashboard and enter your parent PIN.
Open Account Details and scroll to the bottom.
Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer use the app, email support@elevenplusready.uk from the email address registered on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your parent account, login and email address
Your child's name, date of birth, exam year and chosen subjects
All practice sessions, answers, scores, progress and activity history
Your parent PIN and account settings

What may be kept

Payment and invoice records held by our payment provider (Stripe), for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Any active subscription is cancelled when your account is deleted.
